Spring has arrived, all be it off and on. The cherry and redbud trees were in full bloom, the daffodils were bobbing in the breeze and tiny, light green leaves were emerging from the hardwoods.
March is a funny old month. One day it will rise to 75 degrees with abundant sunshine and the next, snow is falling and temps dip below freezing once more. It is sad to see the blooms fade but I have to say, I have learned by now that this month is usually a beautiful mix of weather and I don’t mind it.
I could do without the tornado watches but otherwise, I know the dip back into winter is short-lived and before too long, more flowers will bloom and the trees will be in full leaf and warm breezes will return.
