Bookish - Summer Reading

The summer is off to a great start for reading! My new-found love of Patti Callahan Henry’s writing continues with these three page-turners.

You like C.S. Lewis? You like England? You like love? This historical fiction read is wonderful.

I don’t usually gravitate toward mysteries but this one captured me. And it’s set in England, so….

Henry leaves England for the American South for this one and I could really identify with parts of it. It’s a bit of a mystery, as well, with wonderful characters.
